Terms of Service

Play fair, be kind, have fun. Here is the longer version.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Vimay Group (“we”, “us”), for your use of Slime Kingdom at https://slimekingdom.cc (the “Game”). By playing, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you.

3. Free to play

The Game is free. There are no purchases, subscriptions or paid advantages. We may show advertising in menus or between runs in the future, never during gameplay, and ads will never affect how the Game plays.

4. Your guest profile

When you play, your browser receives an anonymous guest player ID and secret key. Anyone with access to your browser can use them, so keep your device secure. If you clear your browser data, you may lose your progress and your leaderboard entries. Optional accounts may be offered later.

5. Nicknames and conduct

You may choose a nickname shown to other players. You agree not to:

• use nicknames that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else or contain personal information;
• cheat, including modifying the Game, automating play, exploiting bugs or submitting scores you did not legitimately earn;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer our servers, or interfere with other players’ games;
• use the Game for anything unlawful.

We may rename or remove nicknames, remove scores, reset leaderboards, and suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules, without notice where needed to protect other players.

6. Leaderboards and multiplayer

Leaderboards and multiplayer are provided for fun. Rankings may be adjusted, recalculated or reset, for example after fixing a bug or removing cheated scores. Multiplayer matches may include computer-controlled players (bots), which are marked in the Game.

7. Our rights

The Game, its code, art, sound, text and names belong to Vimay Group or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may share screenshots, videos and streams of the Game, including monetised ones, as long as you do not suggest we endorse you. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms, listed on the Credits page.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you.

9. Changes and availability

We are always improving the Game and may change, add or remove features, mutations or modes. We try to keep the Game available but do not guarantee it will always be online or free of errors.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or scores. Because the Game is free, our total liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Ending

You can stop playing at any time and delete your data from Settings → Privacy. We may stop providing the Game or your access to it, in which case these terms end, apart from the sections that by their nature should continue.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, and disputes will be handled by the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
